AVAYON Technologies Return Policy

NOTE: please check our Warranty before returning a product. If you are not satisfied with your AVAYON product, refunds are available up to 14 days from the date the merchandise was received. A $15.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returned products, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and must be in the original undamaged packaging. The $15.00 restocking fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange. Returning product to retail stores.
Avoid shipping charges and receive a refund more quickly by returning items to the store where the item was purchased. When purchased from a local retailer, that merchant’s return policy takes precedent. You will most likely need to include all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.

Returning online purchases to AVAYON Technologies, Inc.
Contact our Customer Support Center at 603-891-1241 to obtain your Return Authorization (RMA) number and return details and procedures. RMA numbers are valid for up to 14 days from the date the merchansiae was receicved and must be noted on the outside of the returned product’s container. We are unable to receive returns without an RMA number.
All returns must be shipped prepaid. AVAYON will refund shipping charges for defective/damaged merchandise only. AVAYON will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging. Products returned to AVAYON without proof of delivery may result in forfeiture
of your refund.
- To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund.
- A $15.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returned products, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item (fee not applicable in Hawaii). The $15.00 restocking fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange. Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.
- Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
- Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or credits do not include any original shipping and handling charges.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery.
