Certified Players: DXP-1000, DXP-10P and DXP-7P DVD Players

By displaying the DivX® logo , we are demonstrating the AVAYON products have been tested and certified by DivXNetworks, the creators of DivX® video technology as capable of playing all versions of DivX® video content.

The DivX Certified™ Program was created by DivXNetworks in response to an overwhelming consumer demand for DivX®-powered video products. The program enables DivX® software, hardware, and electronics partners to make their existing solutions compatible with DivX technology, as well as help them create new solutions from scratch. DivX Certified ensures that the DivX® content you attain and create can be played on your AVAYON DivX® Certified product.

Playing DivX 6 On DivX Certified Devices

The Avayon DXP-1000, DXP-7P and DXP-10P players will play videos created with DivX 6. They will play back DivX 6 files and will support some subtitles, although support for interactive menus and other advanced features of the DivX Media Format will not be available until later this year.

DivX Inc. has announced that devices offering full support for DivX Media Format features are expected to reach retail customers in late 2005.
